MAKING YOUR ORDERS
After you place an order via our website, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. After payment is received in the case of online or bank transfer payments, your order will be dispatched. In the event that you choose to pay on delivery, the order will only be sent through a dedicated courier service and you will have the opportunity to pay on delivery.
If we are unable to supply you with a Product, for example because that Product is not in stock or no longer available or because we cannot meet your requested delivery date or because of an error in the price on our site, we will inform you of this by e-mail or by telephone and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the Products, we will refund you the full amount including any delivery costs charged as soon as possible.
Pre-order for products not immediately available can be made on our website.
Changes in quantity may affect price. The Company reserves the right to vary prices on our website without notice and to charge you the price quoted to you in the ordering process and confirmed on the order acknowledgement. All prices on the website and product pages are shown exclusive of VAT despite marked differently.
Some purchases are subject to VAT, which will be charged at the appropriate official rate.
Promotions and Special Offers are subject to change without notice. Sale prices, offers and discounts are subject to stock availability and delivery destinations. Only one promotional offer is accepted per order.
The price of a product is for the item and specified quantity only. Delivery charges may apply as shown on the delivery information pages. Our delivery charges are as advised during the ordering process and confirmed to you in the Order Acknowledgement.
OUR DELIVERY POLICY
We commit to make every effort to ensure that we achieve the delivery dates indicated in the Dispatch Confirmation but no responsibility for late delivery due to events outside our control will be accepted.
In turn, we advise and appeal that you (customers) should ensure that the delivery details provided are accurate and sufficient for the delivery of the ordered product as we will not accept any responsibility for failed delivery due to insufficient or inaccurate delivery details.
Owing to exigencies beyond our control, we will not accept responsibility for any consequences, financial or otherwise, for failure of the Customer to receive product at the delivery address provided by the Customer.
However, we are aware that delivery address can be changed, and as such, we require that the change should be provided to us in writing provided the purchase have not been dispatched, and in cases where the dispatch cost has been communicated, it shall be subject to agreement by you to pay any additional costs. After dispatch of product a change in delivery details may not be possible and might incur additional costs.
You may also wish to note that products are dispatched and delivered by third party carriers. Even if we make every effort to ensure a seamless delivery, we shall not be responsible and liable for any act of failure on the part of those third parties.
Product delivered will require a signature to acknowledge receipt of the product.
If the products are delivered and appear not in product condition, they must be signed for as received in damaged condition. If products are delivered and the number of parcels for the consignment do not add up, this must be noted when the products are signed for with our 3rd party carrier. Unless this is done, the Company will accept no responsibility for subsequent claims in respect of damaged, faulty or missing products. In the unlikely event that products are missing (shortage of delivery of products) compared to the delivery note or Products are damaged, you must notify us immediately and in any event within 24hours from receiving delivery.
In the event of non-delivery, the Company must be advised in writing within ten days of the indicated delivery date on the Dispatch Confirmation.
In the event of products being returned to the Company because of failure by the Customer to receive the products, the Customer will be liable for the costs incurred in returning the products to the Company. No re-delivery will be made until the Customer has paid for the cost of a second delivery and reimbursed the Company for the cost of returning the products to the Company.
International Deliveries: we deliver to Africa and can support orders to non-African countries. Please note that for non-African deliveries, you will be responsible for the payment of any import duties and taxes that might apply. In the event that we should incur any such cost, you agree to reimburse us forthwith. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined; we will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.
